About us

Ely Aqua Swim School provides swimming lessons for all ages and abilities in the Cambridgeshire area. We offer a fun and exciting learning experience, developing water confidence and the key skills needed to swim the recognised strokes.

We believe that swimming should be fun, but also delivered professionally, with continuity, clear direction and quality.

Our team of teachers are highly qualified professionals, friendly and enthusiastic. All of our teachers are ASA Level 2 qualified and are dedicated to teaching to an exceptional standard.

At Ely Aqua Swim School we are passionate about swimming. We take every care to provide our swimmers with the support they will need to help them flourish. Our exceptionally small class sizes and dedicated teachers mean we can handcraft our lessons to suit every child’s individual needs.

Our Swimming Pools are conveniently situated for Cambridge, Huntingdon and Ely. We provide an exciting, safe and stimulating environment for all our swimmers. Our pools are very well equipped with all the necessary aids required to learn to swim and are both clean and nurturing.

The Swim timetable runs alongside Cambridgeshire’s academic year. Each new term we operate a renewable booking process with release dates being announced on our website and face book page. We also run Intensive courses during the school holidays.

Speed up your progress

Many of our venues also offer our intensive courses during the Easter and Summer school holidays. These aim to speed up children’s swimming progress with an intensive batch of  5 lessons, held Monday  –  Friday.

We offer these as 3:1 classes, so that you will receive lots of personal attention to your stroke technique and see a rapid improvement.

Intensive courses are often used to boost children’s swimming skills and increase their confidence around water before a family holiday – as well as giving their swimming a boost, and being a fun and productive way of filling up holiday time.
